What a beautiful start to the day down here in Kent - checked the going this morning - bed soft patio good to firm --and that's about as accurate as the going forecasts are going to be.
Running the analyzer as I type for ground that is going to get faster no matter what the clerk of the course's say.
Yesterday was a great day for the satchel and Mark and myself  shared the craic on twitter much to ourselves and am really happy that we have some new guys to contribute -- making up your minds too early in the day is likely to be no other than pointers to previous form and last couple of days have put up trends for the tracks and that paid off so am going to continue on that theme --
Ludlow is definitively what you would call an easy track that suits galloper's - right handed and nice longish bends help to keep the momentum up - animals bred in Ireland have a good record as have chasers that have been predominantly hurdling here to good effect make the transition to fences well - today the ground is given as good g/firm in places and I have set my analyser to good to firm all round .
2.20 a fast ground hurdler - A Little Bit Dusty does have swinging form around the track - bred from Needwood Blade it has transferred from the flat 100% for the code and though its a claimer am happy to consider this one with the ground being so in its favor
3.20 Esteem beaten by Arkarsahn here is a lovely moving animal for the track hdles last time is a plus for this animal
4.20 conditions also suit Changing The Guard who swings along this track and ground its last run needs to brush up its hdling but was its best effort and will improve for the ground - which it loved on the flat will be the best in for the distance watch for money the outsider Tayarat who can spring a surprise upped to this distance.
4.50 never underestimate the quality of old boy Fairwood Present at this track has run the c/d 5 times never been out of the frame - a real horse for the track and a fast ground swinger

Taunton is a track I dont get right unless I am sat there and have seen the runners - away from the track not so hot - fields are small and that makes it very difficult to find value today -

3.10 small field and Beauchamp Viking is well in well capable this mark and fast ground animal Maid of Silk loves the ground and a Taunton swinger who could go well on its first chase

3.40 there could be big value in the 3.40 on Be Kind - decent claimer loves the track and ground and is well able to put up a bold show off this lower mark

The Wee Lass in the bumper appeals but not that much though her breeding suggests she can carry this penalty and act on the ground shes a bit of a monkey and high wired so waiting to see the pictures

Some nag me horses running today -you should keep your eye on and will keep them for twitter as my lovely wife is urging me to get out into the sunshine Later there are some decent animals running at leopardstown that will keep for the twitter pages

good luck today am off out for a walk around the beach and lunch in splendid style
